MA, RCC, CCC
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is both sacred and relational. When we are truly met—with presence, compassion, and attunement—our nervous systems begin to settle, our stories begin to unfold, and something ancient within us starts to remember: wholeness is our birthright.
My approach blends somatic therapy, depth psychology, trauma-informed care, and sacred attunement. I specialize in Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP)—a powerful, body-based modality that works directly with the autonomic nervous system to resolve trauma at its roots. I also work relationally and experientially, often using parts work—drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)—to help you connect with the different aspects of yourself with compassion and clarity. I believe that every part of you, even the most painful or reactive ones, holds intelligence and a longing for integration.
I’m especially drawn to work that touches the deeper layers: relational wounds, psychedelic integration, sexuality and embodiment, and the quiet yearning so many of us carry to feel more alive, more grounded, and more whole.
And I don’t just do this work—I love it. I love the people I work with. I hold each client with tenderness, reverence, and genuine care. Your stories matter to me. Your pain matters to me. And I feel deeply honoured to walk beside you as you reclaim your truth, your body, and your aliveness.
A Bit About Me…
Outside the therapy room, I’m a mother to three magical children, a lover of wild landscapes, and a passionate gardener of both soil and soul. I live on sacred land in the Fraser Valley where I tend the earth, walk barefoot in the grass, and often find myself sitting quietly with the cedar trees—listening, grounding, and remembering.
I’ve been in partnership for over twenty years, and that long journey—through love, rupture, and repair—deeply shapes the way I support others in their relationships.
Those who know me describe me as compassionate, creative, intuitive, and warm—with a little edge of mischief and mystery. I walk between worlds—clinical and spiritual, somatic and sacred—and I bring all of myself to the work.
If you're seeking healing that touches not just the mind, but the heart, body, and soul—I would be honoured to walk beside you.
Healing, to me, is a process of returning.
Returning to the body.
Returning to truth.
Returning to the sacred within.
I strive to live—and support others in living—with a deep sense of balance:
A balance between body and mind, where movement meets mindfulness.
A balance between heart and soul, where emotion meets essence.
A balance between doing and being, effort and surrender, strength and softness.
I cultivate a strong body through movement I love—hiking, dancing, and lifting heavy at CrossFit. I tend to a clear and courageous mind through shadow work, self-reflection, and truth-telling. And I nourish a rooted spirit through devotion, vulnerability, and the quiet power of equanimity—the ability to meet life as it is, with steadiness and grace.
And I want to be honest: I’m still walking this path too.
I am continually learning, growing, and doing my own healing work.
I am a therapist, yes—but I am also a woman in process.
Someone who is still integrating trauma, still deepening into herself,
and still discovering what it means to live with balance and integrity.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about showing up—to yourself, to the moment, and to the truth.
Again and again and again.
Training & Credentials
✓ Lifelong Learner
I’ve always been insatiably curious, drawn to the edges of what we know about healing, consciousness, and human transformation. I feel a deep calling to this work and continuously study the latest research in trauma, neuroscience, somatic therapy, and psychedelic healing to deepen my capacity as a practitioner and space-holder.
✓ MA in Counselling Psychology
I completed a Master of Arts degree in counselling psychology at Trinity Western University.
✓ Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #13266)
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Counsellors.
✓ Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy
I’ve received advanced training and supervision in Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP)—a trauma-informed, somatic-based model that works directly with the autonomic nervous system to resolve trauma at its physiological roots. This powerful approach supports deep healing by honoring the body’s innate intelligence.
✓ Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy
I have training in (and draw heavily from) Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), a therapeutic orientation that integrates the latest research on attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology and body-focused approaches.
✓ Psilocybin Assisted Psychotherapy
I’ve completed training in psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy through TheraPsil and continue to receive mentorship and supervision in this area. My work is grounded in safety, reverence, and integration, honoring altered states as portals for profound healing.
✓ Clinical Sexology
I have advanced training in clinical sexology through Seattle Pacific University, and bring a compassionate, shame-free approach to supporting clients in exploring their sexuality and embodiment.
✓ EMDR
I’ve completed Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training through EMDRIA, a research-supported trauma therapy that helps process and integrate painful memories.
✓ OEI
I am a level II certified Observed & Experiential Integration (OEI) therapist, which is a therapeutic approach for treating trauma.
✓ Clinical Supervisor
I’ve had the privilege of supervising graduate-level counselling students and supporting emerging therapists in refining their voice and presence in the therapy room.
✓ Educator
I’ve presented on trauma, attachment, and complex PTSD at conferences including the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation, the Public Health Association of BC, and the BC School Counsellors Association. I’ve also been a teacher’s assistant in graduate-level courses on ethics, group therapy, and psychological assessment.
✓ Researcher & Writer
My graduate research explored shame and sexuality—specifically how individuals heal from sexual shame and come to embrace their erotic selves with wholeness. I’ve also published work on the intersections of sexuality and eating disorders, and (in a past academic life!) on the internment of “enemy aliens” in the Fraser Valley during WWII, drawing from my first degree in history.
